We check it is you. Anyone can type an email address, so we
confirm before anything is removed. That protects your account from
somebody else deleting it.
Within 30 days. Usually much sooner.
What is removed
- Your name, email, phone and photo
- Your profile and your reliability record
- Your link to the games you played
What is kept, and why
Some things cannot go with you, and it is better to say so here than to
surprise you later:
- Financial records of payments and refunds. UAE law
requires these to be retained, and they belong to the transaction as
much as to you.
- Games that were played. A result other people rely on
does not disappear because one player left — but it stops naming you.
- The record that you asked. Evidence the request was
made and honoured, which has to outlive the account it refers to.
Everything kept is stripped of anything that identifies you.
