1. Who we are

Get Next Game is a platform for finding, joining and organising sports games in the United Arab Emirates, and for booking the venues they are played at. Using the app or this site means you accept these terms.

2. Your account

• You must be 16 or over.
• One account per person, with real details. Reliability records only mean something if accounts are real.
• Keep your password to yourself. Anything done from your account is treated as done by you.

3. What we are, and what we are not

We connect players and venues. We do not run the games and we do not own the pitches. A venue is responsible for its own facility, its safety and its condition. An organiser is responsible for the game they created.

Play at your own risk. Sport carries a risk of injury. We do not provide insurance, medical cover or supervision, and we are not liable for injury, loss or damage arising from a game you chose to play.

4. Turning up

The whole product rests on people doing what they said they would.

• Joining a game is a commitment other people plan around.
• Cancelling is allowed, and cancelling late may cost you a share of the pitch fee. The amount and the deadline are shown before you confirm, every time.
• Not turning up without cancelling is the most expensive option, and it affects your reliability record.
• Your reliability record is calculated from what happened. It is not editable by you, by us on request, or by anybody else.

5. Money

• Prices are shown per player before you join, in AED, including our fee.
• Payment is taken through a payment provider. We never see your card number.
• Refunds follow the cancellation terms shown at the time of booking. Those terms are frozen when the booking is made and cannot be changed afterwards — by the venue or by us.
• If a venue cancels, players are refunded in full.

6. Venues

• You must have the right to let the facility you list.
• Availability you publish must be real. Selling an hour twice is the fastest way off the platform.
• You set your own cancellation terms within the limits the app enforces.
• We take a commission, shown in your statement, with both directions listed separately.

7. Behaviour

Not allowed, and enforced:

• Harassment, abuse or discrimination of any kind
• Fake accounts, fake games, or fake results
• Photographs of people who have not agreed to be photographed
• Anything illegal under UAE law

We may suspend or remove an account for any of the above. Where money is involved, we say what we decided and why.

8. Content you post

What you post stays yours. You give us permission to show it inside the service for the purpose you posted it for, and nothing beyond that.

9. Availability

We try to keep the service running and we do not promise it always will be. It may be unavailable for maintenance or for reasons outside our control.

10. Ending it

You can delete your account at any time from the deletion page. We may close an account that breaks these terms. Money already owed in either direction is still owed.

11. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of the UAE have jurisdiction.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change matters to you we will tell you in the app before it takes effect, rather than relying on you noticing a new date.
