For venue owners

List your venue

Open your hours, price them your way, and keep your own cancellation terms. We bring you the bookings — including the games that would have been cancelled.

Why bother

An empty pitch on a Friday night is the most expensive thing you own

You already know your Friday evenings sell themselves. It is the Tuesday at nine, the Sunday afternoon and the hour somebody dropped at four o'clock that cost you — and those are the hours a listing site cannot help with, because the problem is not that nobody found you. It is that the group was two players short.

That is the part we do. A booking on here that loses two players gets them replaced instead of cancelled, and the pitch stays sold.

Five steps to being bookable

An afternoon, once. The screens below are the app itself, not drawings of it.

1

Describe the place

Name, area, address, a phone number for bookings, what can be played there, and what is on site — parking, showers, changing rooms, a prayer room, a cafe, seating.

2

Add each pitch or court

A venue is not one bookable thing. Each pitch, court, ground or hall is added separately, with its own sports, capacity, format and surface — because a five-a-side pitch and a padel court do not share a price or a diary.

3

Open your hours

Say when each one is available. Anything you have not opened simply is not for sale, and an hour you need for maintenance can be taken off sale with a reason attached.

4

Price them

A base price per hour, then rules on top: peak evenings, late nights, midweek offers. A rule can sit as a draft until you switch it live.

5

Send it to us

We check it before anybody can book. Nothing is visible while it is a draft, and nothing goes live on our word alone — a verified venue is what players are relying on.

Add your venue: a name field, the sports played there, area, address, a phone for bookings, a description, and what is on site including parking, showers, changing rooms, a prayer room, a cafe and seating.

Step 1. “Nobody can book it until we have checked it” is said at the top, not discovered later.

Add a pitch or court: what it is — pitch, court, ground or hall — which sports, how many players fit, the format and the surface.

Step 2. The sports your venue already plays are offered first.

Your diary and your prices

You always know what is still unsold

Hours, not a calendar to fight

Open a run of evenings in one go. Each hour shows as open, booked, or off sale with the reason you gave.

A number you can act on

The screen leads with how many hours are still to sell. That figure is the job, so it is the first thing on the page.

Peak, off-peak and offers

Rules stack on a base price: a late-night band, a Friday and Saturday peak, a midweek percentage off. Each one names the days and the window it covers.

A price change never reaches a quote

Prices always recompute from the base, so raising Friday evenings twice does not compound — and an hour somebody has already been quoted keeps its price.

A rule can be a draft. Write next season's peak price now, leave it switched off, and turn it on when the season starts. A draft is never quoted to anybody.

Availability for Pitch 1: a banner reading twenty-seven hours still to sell, then each day's hours as open, with one marked off sale for a floodlight repair.

An hour off sale keeps its reason: “Floodlight repair”.

Pricing rules for Pitch 1: a late-night rule at 240 dirhams, a midweek twenty percent off offer, a Friday and Saturday peak at 450 dirhams, and a next-season draft at 520 that is switched off.

Three rules live, one waiting for next season.

Cancellations

Your terms, frozen at the moment of booking

You set what it costs to drop a booking, per venue — not one rule imposed on every venue on the platform. Those terms are copied onto each booking when it is made and never read from your venue again, so tightening them in October cannot reach a booking somebody made in September.

Under an hour · no-show

Booking made Kick-off →

An example ladder. The windows and the percentages are yours to set.

Three things the editor will not let you do

Not restrictions for their own sake — each one is a way a hand-written policy goes wrong at exactly the wrong moment.

Leave a gap between bands

“0% above two hours, 10% under one hour” says nothing about the hour in between — and that hour is undefined at the moment somebody is being charged. Adding a boundary splits a band; it cannot float free.

Get cheaper as kick-off approaches

50% at six hours and 10% at one hour pays people to cancel late. Refused on write, with the reason.

Charge 100% without meaning to

A full no-show charge is allowed and is usually right — but it sits behind a confirmation, because it is the band nobody reads until it is charged.

An emergency is asked for, never declared

If a player could mark their own cancellation an emergency, your terms would be decoration. So they ask, and you decide. The request comes with their reason in their own words, what waiving it costs you in dirhams, and two buttons.

Waiving reverses the charge rather than deleting it, so every decision is still there to reconcile against — including who made it and when.

Waiver requests: a pending request explaining a hospital admission with what waiving it costs and buttons to keep or waive the charge, then two already decided — one waived, one where the charge was kept.

Your call, in your words, on the record.

And when the venue is the one cancelling

Weather, maintenance, a double-booking taken over the phone. Then the players are refunded in full whatever the ladder says, and you are not paid for the slot. It is the mirror case, it is the easy one to forget, and it is built.

What arrives

Every booking says who, when, and whether it is short

A booking shows the pitch, the time, the total, who made it, and how reliable they are — how often that person has actually turned up, built from games they were on the roster for. You can decline one, and declining routes through the same path as a venue cancellation, so nobody is charged for your decision.

“2 players short” is not a warning that it is about to fall through. It is the app already offering those places to suitable players nearby.

“Cash at the gate” means you collect and no money moves through us. It is marked on the booking so there is no argument at the desk.

“Paid in app” means it is settled before they arrive, and it appears on your statement.

Money, shown both ways

What we owe you for bookings paid in the app, and what you owe us on the cash you took at the gate. Both figures, always — never only the difference, which is the number that hides the other two.

Bookings: five confirmed bookings each showing the pitch, the date and time, the total in dirhams, whether it is cash at the gate or paid in app, how many players it is short, who booked it, and how often they turn up.

“Turns up 100% of the time” — beside the name, before you decide anything.

What you get

Everything below is built and running in the app today.

Many pitches, one venue

Each pitch, court, ground or hall has its own sports, capacity, diary and price.

A pitch that plays more than one sport

A hall that takes basketball and volleyball is one facility, not two listings that clash.

Hours you open, not a diary to fight

Open a run of evenings at once. What you have not opened is not for sale.

Take an hour off sale

With a reason that stays attached to it, so a repair does not look like a booking.

Peak, off-peak and offers

Rules on top of a base price, each naming its days and window. Drafts allowed.

Your own cancellation terms

Per venue, frozen onto every booking at the moment it is made.

Emergency waivers, decided by you

The player asks, you decide, and the decision is on the record with its reason.

Reliability beside every name

How often that person actually turned up — before you accept the booking.

Short bookings get filled

A booking missing players is offered to suitable players nearby, automatically.

Money shown both ways

What we owe you, and what you owe us. Never only the net.

Run your own competitions

Leagues, cups and festivals on your pitches — the same account.

English and العربية

Right to left throughout, for your staff as well as your players.

What is not switched on yet

Automatic payouts. Bookings settled in the app are tracked and shown on your statement, but paying that balance out to you still happens off-platform while we choose a payout provider. Cash at the gate is unaffected — that money is yours the moment you take it.
